Why aren't the police officers made to have their checks garnished for a certain amount of money for every penny that was paid out in lawsuit qualified immunities when they are innocent of a crime or innocent of doing wrong and they don't but then when they come back and find out they are guilty of breaking the law why should the taxpayers keep paying all that money they need to start paying money back to the state it's not fair for the taxpayers to pay all this lawsuits out
