Sit back and enjoy the show🍹 HOT HONEY MANGO MARGARITA 🌶️🥭 Ingredients: • 50ml tequila • 25ml mango purée • 25ml fresh lime juice • 15ml hot honey • 70g fresh mango, diced and muddled (use extra mango purée instead if you want a finer strain) • Pinch of sea salt • Ice • Tajín Method: 1. Rub a lime wedge around half the rim of your glass and dip into Tajín. Fill the glass with ice. 2. Add the diced fresh mango to a cocktail shaker and muddle well to release the juices. 3. Pour in the tequila, mango purée, lime juice, hot honey, sea salt and a handful of ice. 4. Shake hard for 15 seconds until icy cold. 5. Double strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice. 6. Garnish with a cocktail skewer of mango pieces and a lime wedge, then finish with an extra sprinkle of Tajín. 🥤To make it non-alcoholic: Swap the tequila for 50ml sparkling water, soda water or a non-alcoholic tequila alternative for the same sweet, spicy and refreshing flavour. #whosthirtsy
