PROTEIN BANANA BREAD! the key to fluffy protein banana bread is making sure you use a protein powder that is meant for baking, otherwise it can get gummy and dry. @Flex Brands is the protein I use for all my recipes (code: MARIANNA15) Ingredients 3 ripe bananas 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 cups all purpose flour 1/4 cup almond flour 1/2 cup flex vanilla protein powder 1/2 cup brown sugar substitute (or regular brown sugar) 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. To a large bowl, add bananas and mash, then add vanilla, white vinegar, almond milk, and whisk together until smooth. 3. To the wet mixture add all purpose flour, almond flour, protein powder, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Use a rubber spatula to fold everything together forming a smooth batter. Lastly fold in chocolate chips. 4. Transfer mixture to load pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Let cool COMPLETELY before slicing.
