This cod belongs to the second category - I brought this recipe from Portugal 🇵🇹 It’s one of those dishes that seems simple, where the main ingredient carries the entire flavor, but still has many details (for example, I soaked the fish for 48 hours) 🫣 And there’s one “extra ingredient” you can’t skip - an interior perfume 🙂↕️ This time I was especially glad to be a perfumer - the fish smell is very persistent. If you decide to recreate it, an interior perfume is a must.
