@thebkydpalate: 🕺🏽Steak and Potato Waffles with Garlic Butter Sauce 🔥 Full recipe below ⬇️ • Ingredients: 1 thick cut NY strip 4 golden potatoes Garlic butter Rosemary Thyme Garlic cloves Shredded Colby jack cheese Chopped parsley Garlic Butter Sauce: Leftover steak juices/flavors 3 Tbsp butter 1/3 cup beef stock 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard Instructions: -Bake potatoes in either a smoker or oven at 350-400°F. Should take about 1 hour -During that time, prep ingredients. Cook steak and baste with garlic and herb butter. When it reaches 120°F internal, set aside to rest -Combine all sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer until thickened a bit -Get a waffle iron really hot and apply butter or oil then smash potatoes for about 5 minutes. Apply some garlic butter then cheese on top. Crisp up cheese (another 5 or so minutes) -Cut up steak into thin slices and place on top of waffle then smother in sauce, garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
