I just shove some toilet paper on it and dry myself nice and leisurely. There's no way I'm making it in time otherwise. And I'm not putting on my prepadded undies directly after I get out, wearing a wet pad/undies feels so gross

The “Niagara Falls” sprint back into a pad is TOO real 😂🫠 periods really humble you every single month. I used to dread my cycle because it came with cramps, cravings, puffiness, mood swings, all of it at once. I honestly thought suffering that hard was just normal forever. Then someone in a wellbeing forum told me to read Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green. Best thing I ever tried—29 lbs gone, flatter stomach, balanced energy, and I finally feel more connected to my body instead of constantly battling it every month. Love it)
