The problem is the prenatals that actually have the correct amount of recommended nutrients are literally 4-6 pills daily. You can't fit everything in one pill

if anyone is struggling to find what to take i spent weeks researching and talking to my midwife and obgyn these are the best things to take all together.. Fullwell Prenatal, Neededs omega 3, Needes COQ10 ! along with a good diet and stuff..

Not defending the science, but Ritual was the only one I could take and keep down because they mask the “pill” smell with the mint or citrus scents. I tried others and couldn’t keep them down due to the smell 🫠 but if there’s a better one with a similar feature, please share!
