Save for later☝🏼 •539 kcals per portion (2 filled tortillas) •33g PRO, 41g CHO, 26g FAT Serves 4: -1 tbsp of olive oil -400g of uncooked chicken breast, sliced -2 cloves of garlic, minced -1 tsp of paprika -1 tsp of cumin -1 tsp of garlic granules -1 tsp of onion powder -1 tsp of sugar -2 tsp of chipotle sauce -2 peppers, sliced thinly -1 red onion, sliced thinly -8 mini tortilla wraps (2 wraps per serving) Guacamole: -2 avocados -1 tsp of minced garlic -Salt/pepper -Cherry tomatoes, seeds removed and diced -Juice of 1 lime -Coriander leaves, chopped Toppings (per 1 serving): -4 tbsp of light sour cream -40g of cheddar cheese -Shredded lettuce Method: 1. Add peppers, onion, garlic, and chicken to a bowl. 2. Mix paprika, cumin, garlic granules, onion powder, and sugar together. Add to the bowl along with chipotle sauce. Mix well. 3. Place on a lined baking tray, drizzle with olive oil and cook in the oven at 180° C for 25-35 minutes until cooked. 4. For the guacamole, add the avocado to a bowl and mash. Add garlic, salt, pepper lime juice and coriander. Mix in the tomatoes. 5. Heat a pan on medium heat. Add the mini tortillas and cook for 2-3 minutes on either side until slightly browned. 6.
