@jclarke_fitness: How much food do you actually need to eat to get 5g of creatine a day? 👇 Let’s break it down: 🥩 200g steak = ~2g creatine 🍗 400g chicken = ~1.6g 🐟 200g salmon = ~1.4g That’s a lot of food and a lot of meat or fish every single day. For most people, it’s not realistic. 💡 That’s why supplementing with creatine monohydrate is a no-brainer. It’s cheap, effective, and one of the most well-researched supplements out there. Take 5g daily.. that’s it. No loading phase needed (but you can if you want). #Creatine

The body naturally produce 2g of creatine daily, you don’t need to consume 5. Consuming 3g a day from food is still hard and unsustainable.

🍗🌶️🥬 Buffalo Chicken Rice Bowl with Ranch Drizzle ✅ Servings: 4 🕒 Prep Time: 15 mins 🔥 Cook Time: 15–20 mins 🍴 Total Time: 30–35 mins 🧂 Ingredients For the Buffalo Chicken 🍗🌶️ 1 ½ lbs (680g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper to taste ½ tsp garlic powder 🧄 ½ tsp paprika ½ cup Buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot or homemade) 1 tbsp butter (optional, for a smoother sauce) 🧈 For the Ranch Drizzle 🥣 ⅓ cup ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade) 1–2 tbsp milk or water (to thin, optional) For the Bowl 🥗 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice) 🍚 1 cup shredded lettuce or mixed greens 🥬 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅 1 small cucumber, diced 🥒 1 avocado, sliced 🥑 ¼ cup shredded cheese (optional — cheddar or Monterey Jack) 🧀 Green onions or chives, chopped (for garnish) 🌿 👩‍🍳 Instructions 1. Cook the Chicken 🔥 Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces or strips. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Reduce heat, add Buffalo sauce and butter, stir to coat. Simmer 1–2 minutes. 🔥 2. Prepare Ranch Drizzle 🥣 Mix ranch dressing with a splash of milk or water to thin it slightly. Stir until smooth and drizzle-ready. 3. Assemble the Bowls 🥗 In each bowl, layer: A bed of rice 🍚 A handful of shredded lettuce or greens 🥬 Buffalo chicken pieces 🍗🌶️ Diced cucumber 🥒, tomatoes 🍅, and avocado 🥑 Sprinkle of shredded cheese (if using) 🧀 Drizzle generously with ranch 🥣 Top with green onions 🌿 💡 Tips & Variations Want it spicier? Add extra hot sauce or crushed red pepper. Swap ranch for blue cheese dressing for a classic buffalo pairing. Make it low-carb by using cauliflower rice. Add roasted sweet potatoes or black beans for more fiber and texture. 🥄 Serving Suggestion Serve immediately while warm with a cold drink to cool off the heat—like lemonade, iced tea, or even a ranch-flavored yogurt dip on the side!
