no physical therapist ever would suggest wearing a posture corrector outside of temporarily for short times as treatment. overuse of a posture corrector is how you get muscle atrophy

So you can buy a posture support bra for 37$… very affordable for a bra. And any bra that’s stretchy like that Isn’t supporting anything. It should have some give so it’s comfy but it also has to have structure to support….
