Took me straight back to my childhood lmao I had a couple broody hens that would do the exact same thing. The smallest one was the most successful and she would disappear, despite our best efforts to keep her contained, and then come back a month later with like 25+ chicks from all the eggs she would steal to build her nest. Her biggest clutch? 37. 😭
