We’ve encouraged the “badass” thing too much and much too wrongly. Not everything is badass some things are just rude. Why would you not only assume it’s your tip but announce it too? There’s a lot of things at my job that I think I should be paid extra for but it’s my employers responsibility not the cx’s.
