so I'm a scientist who works with plants. I had a walk in incubator that we grew my research plants in, set to the light frequency, day length, temp and humidity that would be a spring/early summer day depending on the plants. I would look at my lab students doing their masters, grab their chair, roll it into the incubator and Point at them. "stay" "two hours". "you can have your laptop" "yes TikTok is fine" they were far more productive
