I encourage my plus ones guests to leave a note. They are just as welcomed as the others. And I didn’t want them to feel left out. I would have loved this quote. I definitely wouldn’t have googled it. And with their being booze I wouldn’t have taken it personal.

Bad call drunkenly leaving a note for someone you don’t know. But, in my opinion, the couple is overreacting about the note. They clearly had alcohol there, it’s obvious that at least one person would write a note after getting drunk.
