Can confirm that pumpkin seed oil and rosemary helps! I had super heavy shedding for months, then I start taking pumpkin seed oil tablets and use rosemary oil for scalp health. My shedding stopped after maybe two weeks of consistecy! Now focusing on the regrowth 🥰
