@ekyyourcoach: Can a Christian and moslims invest in companies that practice things against their faith. Let me know what you think. #alcoholism#faithandbusiness#fyp#ghanatiktok
It is the same as a christian staking bet, taking 5gh as road reward, collecting money from students for examination malpractice and even adding chemicals to food for taste and selling well but destroying kidneys.

I speak to this as a Muslim that have a background and a degree in finance and also a student of Islamic studies. For a Muslim is prohibited for to invest in a company like that. The position of this is clear in Islam ☪️. Unless you are investing in a partner company and maybe it has a subsidiary company that provides or provides services in things or ventures that are prohibited by Islam then there are different opinions on that. As some scholars say it it allowed if initial investment u had no knowledge of such subsidiary but others say even it that instant as u hav such information you are to sell those investments, scholars with this opinion take into cognition information assemmtery

😂😅 I don't know about Muslims, but as a Christian, I know indulging in alcohol is not a sin. The problem is over indulgence.
Investing doesn't necessarily mean promoting alcoholism. It means you're investing in the production of alcohol, which in itself is not a sin. It is people who over indulge which is sinful.
For example, investing in knife production doesn't mean you support murder by stabbing.
What do you think?
