i don't think baku has character devolpment he already had a very built up character before usogui started, the things that were shown in usogui it's not baku character development, its how his characters is and how he thinks of life and what he thinks of the ppl around him

baku almost doesn’t have any character development, in usogui we can see his personal sights on life and so on but it was so from the very beginning

He’s supposed to be a static character and thanks to him the other characters can develop, Baku makes me think of Gintoki actually cus they serve the same role to their story

Kaneki has way better development than Baku 😭. From what I remember Baku only really develops after Kyaras death and Kanekis development literally one of the best aspects of his writing. Baku my favourite character but Kaneki has far greater development
