They have a business account. They printed the first check on quickbooks where you can print business checks. This was on a Friday. The funds were not going to be available until Monday, which she made the dealership aware of the dealership then said that’s fine. We’re gonna hold the check for a couple days anyways before they can try to cash it so when they tried to cash it, they were requesting more money than what they originally said that’s where the 9500 was at so she had it brought them a check for 7000 so they were saying hey bring us another check so she went and got another check for the 9500 but then something happened to the check where the dealership wasn’t able to cash the check the bank is telling her that the second check was never even attempted to be ran in the first place, so she thinks that somebody at the dealership spilled something on the check and that’s what prevented them from trying to cash the check that’s when the dealership told her to come in and they were like hey we’re out $9500 because they already had possession of the vehicle because the check was already there but the dealership failed to cash the check because they ruined the check that’s when she offered to bring in either cash or another check so at first the dealership said yes, you can bring us cash and then when the rest of the funds cleared tomorrow, you can bring us the rest of the funds, but then he called her back and said hey just come here and that’s when she went to the dealership and then he was telling her hey I’m out $9500 and what are we gonna do about this so he sent her to the bank with one of his workers to get another check which the bank issued her another check from the business account so the third check is legit there was nothing ever wrong with the check. It’s the dealership that was playing around with the checks. That’s why she’s suing the dealership the whole time it was a legit business account and the checks were valid checks. The woman never did anything wrong that is what happened for anybody who doesn’t want to watch all of the clips.
