@leokatieocd: Wdyt? …Good or bad news? 🤷♀️ IMO, it’s good because it means there’s a clear blueprint… “Do this & you WILL get better.” But it also makes it hard bc you have to learn the skills & have the willpower to use them even when your brain is telling you not to.
