No expectation of privacy in public, sure, but it seems like being used as content is a different thing. Particularly when people are making money or building their accounts using other people’s likeness in their content without their consent.

I don’t care if we’re in a public place but people shouldn’t be able to record you for free content and make money off of you. If they monetize their videos it should be required to get a signed release or pay.
