heyy, I've been using it for over 2 to 3 weeks and I feel like my acne has gotten worse though after few researched I got to know it's purging but its been like more than 2 weeks since it started and they aren't getting any better plus my skin seems bothered, im not sure if I should stick to it, or if I should. please give me signs and help me out
