If the leaves are just yellowing it's likely a nitrogen deficiency. For magnesium deficiency you see yellow between the green veins (interveinal yellowing), strong green triangle at leaf base, and leaf edges may bronze or dry.
1kg is likely way too much for a tree that size and you risk overloading with magnesium which can cause its own issues. Start with smaller amounts scattered around the drip line, around 100g. or 200g if confirmed deficiency. You can always add more later.
For the viewers, please learn to diagnose and research yourself rather than just doing what a random person online says to do - no shade to the creator - the learning part is the most important

personally I dissolve.it in water then water the plants with it. all citrus fruit can have Epsom salts.
