Hi queen stylist here! Unfortunately this is more a case of the brands they are house vs the PR - when I pull at these PRs each client needs approval from the brands in the PR and some brands have specific rules to be able to get gifting from that brand and they are just more specific on “influencers” they want wearing their stuff - it’s really stupid I know but this is how these PRs work it’s all approvals from brands :/
