@danni.kamash: Spent my Sunday with a grateful mind and heart. I met @Morgs🫶🏾 a few years ago at a dinner she hosted, which just so happened to be at a restaurant that changes themes. That night, the theme was nautical. All these years later, I received an invite to her annual Influencers Brunch with @City Cruises and the theme was… you guessed it, nautical lol. That felt like such a cool, full circle moment. This was also my first influencer event and I was SCARED. Imposter syndrome whoops me every so often and this year has been a pretty interesting year for me content and growth wise. It definitely felt like being the new kid in school because I didn’t know anyone and I don’t live in the DMV (technically). But everyone was so nice and so kind and I made new friends and connections and I am so glad anxiety didn’t talk me out of going. Post the things. Go to the events. Talk to strangers.
