Sarmale in Romania,sarma in Bulgaria. In Bulgaria we roll the leaf whoch is filled with minced pork and rice and boil them. 😁

that's the Romanian version of sourkraut. if you slice it really thin, put some good sunflower oil and black pepper on it it's a great healthy side for meats
