I feel like for me, it's because of my own anxious attachment, that I want to disconnecr on social media - me getting upset over the conflict not being resolved and disconnect, so it's easier for my own attachment issues to disconnect

Absolutely not. I don’t like to post my significant other because I like to protect, but I think when you’re insecure, you see it as someone being secretive. this could also be the case in some instances where yes maybe that person is entertaining multiple sources however this is a trait that a lot of avoidance share and it’s out of fear that the other person will block and unblock them first and the reason why you see two or three unfollowing is because they tend to do this to all the people that are closest to them, including their friends
