First, gather all your trust documents—so the full trust agreement, the parts that show you as the trustee, plus a government ID. After that, get a lawyer to write a simple notarized affidavit confirming you have full authority over the property. Once you have that, put all of it together as a PDF. Then, go into each platform—Facebook, Redfin, and Zillow—and find their ownership verification section. Upload those documents and write a quick summary explaining that the trust owns the property and you’re the trustee. Once you submit each one, just be ready—if they ask for more info, jump on it quickly. Once they approve it all, you’ll be good to go.
