@leokatieocd: The goal is not to never make a mistake. The goal is to heal from OCD 👏 Getting it wrong sometimes is the only way to heal… to stop ruminating, triple checking, confessing, doing a ritual… Because even if you’re wrong 10% of the time because you don’t do your compulsions, you’re still better off than letting OCD run your life. I learned the hard way… and I’m so much happier now. I made an app to help with Relationship OCD (the subtype I struggled with the most). OCD is so anti- mistakes that it would never have you even try anything if u could do something even slightly imperfect. Not sing a song if your voice goes to high on a note for example.
