My magnet works very well and it is pretty loud idk but I give it a honest 8/10 ! The magnet sticks very good and I drive all over the golf course and on bumps it never falls!

So you should probably make the magnet really strong. It does not do well on that 1 inch bar on a golf cart . I hit a pothole and it went flying off and cracked my phone.
