ok girl I have had this happen so m a ny times this is what I do I take Dawn dish soap pour it between the edge of plate and bowl let it just sit for 5 to 10 mins to let it ooze between them once that happens submerge it in warm warm water let the water ooze below the plate let it again sit in the water for 5 to 10 mins take out of water turn up side down and should pop out of it doesn't right away you should be able to get a filet knife between the bowl and plate an pop it out

Put the plunger back on it and rotate the plate. There IS an angle that will allow the plate to come out easily.

Don use force, it makes the air pressure tighter… have you tried to warm the bowl and freeze the plate with ice cubes? Counter act as the heat will expand the bowl and ice will shrink the suction.

Will the bowl fill with water? Is there a space to add water? I would say try and fill it with water and put it in the freezer. Maybe the ice will force it out

Try contacting customer service to the company who made the bowl and dish. See if they have any suggestions. If you explain they may replace. Worth a shot!🥰
