These 🥯 turned out good! Wish I saw the salt warnings beforehand because it definitely needs it. Personally, I'd make 12 smaller bagels instead of 8 for better portion sizes. Love how easy this recipe was to follow! Thanks for sharing!

Mine did not work with these ingredients, had to add 2 extra cups of flour, then after the dough sat for an hour it was sticky, also had to cook mine longer than 15min

How do you know they are risen enough? I doubled your recipe and used active yeast! It’s not sticky and it has risen but does it need to double?
