Does HRT and Estrogen help with this? My OBGYN wants me to start them…. But do they really help! I am tired of all this menopausal stuff! I have dealt with it for the past 7-8 years and I’m so exhausted, every single day and night!!

Good song choice 🤌🤌🤌 thank you for the info. I'm 43 going through self diagnosed perimenopause. I get these often. It's horrible because sometimes they make me nauseous and it definitely ruins my mood.
