I agree 100%, a good way I ground myself is realizing obviously everyone else does this, and can I remember something awkward or weird someone said to me? Maybe, if I think REALLY hard, but even if I can remember what was said no way I’m remembering who said it.

my problem is, i worry about how to live ITSELF, and existential philosophical questions about the universe, which I feel will help me live better if I find the answers! for example right, a lot of spirituality-tok says stuff like 'you are the universe, not just a part of it, and the universe is pure love/abundance' etc etc , but how can that be the case when theres so much suffering! when my worldview is fractured in this way, its so hard to just momento mori, cos im thinking about how best to live BEFORE I mori 😂 cos sure, I can just live, but I find i cant live in with true depth without some of these questions a bit more ironed out. a big task ik, but an important one i feel! so it feels hard to just stop worrying about it
