One time I really wanted to go home but I was so socially awkward that I didn’t wanna wake anyone up so I walked around their house from room to room and just stood beside their beds like a sleep paralysis demon hoping someone would sense my presence and wake up. No one did so I sat in the living room and cried until morning.

I miss when my son did this. He’s now 17 and recently diagnosed with medullablastoma (brain cancer). I’d run a million sleepover pick up calls for him to smile right now ♥️

I was the kid that stayed until 10,11 or midnight and then went home crying because I was homesick 😂😂 to this day, I hate being away from home unless my family is with me 😂
