@itsnormalfood: all in one part!! full recipe for same day focaccia 👇🏻 Ingredients - 4 cups bread flour - 2 tsp sugar - 2 tsp kosher salt - 2 tsp instant yeast - 2 cups very warm water - Olive oil Instructions 1. Stir together flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a mixing bowl. 2. Pour in half of the water, stir to combine. Pour in the remaining water, stir to combine and form a dough ball. 3. Drizzle enough olive oil over the top of the dough ball to cover the majority of the top of the dough ball. Stir into the dough until fully incorporated. Cover the bowl with a lid, clean tea towel, or plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 30 min to 1 hour. 4. Remove the lid and complete the first round of stretch and folds. Cover again and let rest for 1 hour at room temperature. 5. Remove the lid and complete the second round of stretch and folds. Immediately place the dough ball into a parchment-lined baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil on the bottom. Cover the baking dish with another pan or tea towel and let rest for 2 to 2.5 hours at room temperature. 6. Remove the cover, gently stretch the dough to cover the bottom of the pan, drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough, dimple the dough, and sprinkle flaky sea salt and any other toppings on top. 7. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes (or until the top of the bread is golden brown). 8. Remove from the dish and cook on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes before slicing into the bread. #focaccia #EasyRecipe #homemadefood #focacciabread #simplerecipe

sorry if this is a dumb question, but if you were to add inclusions (like cheese or jalepenos etc) when would you do that?
