Package arrived EMPTY through FedEx. Refused delivery immediately. Contacted both companies multiple times. Through multiple outlets, including phone calls, emails Instagram and TikTok. Still no resolution over a week later. At this point I’m just hoping this reaches someone on Canon’s team because we genuinely don’t know what else to do.
