5-ingredient No Bake Pecan Pie Bites🧸🤎 These are a super easy and yummy dessert idea for fall😍 You only need five ingredients: pecans, dates, cinnamon, vanilla and dark chocolate! • Inspired by my amazing friend @Dani 🧡 • Ingredients for about 10 bites: 1 cup pecans (2 1/2 dl) 1 cup pitted soaked dates (2 1/2 dl)  1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon if needed: 2 -4 tablespoons water where the dates where soaked in • toppings 3.5 oz. / 100 g 80% dark chocolate handful of pecans, chopped • 1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain but save the water since you might need it later 2. Add all the ingredients into food processor or blender and blend until you’ll get a thick mixture. If you are using a blender you might need to add 2 - 4 tablespoons of the water where the dates where soaked to help your blender mix it up 3. Roll the mixture into balls, place them on a plate lined with parchment paper and flatten the bites slightly 4. Let set in the freezer for about 30 minutes 5. Melt the chocolate in the microwave 6. Dip the bites in the chocolate and top with chopped pecans. Since the bites are cold the chocolate sets quickly. If the chocolate isn’t completely set, put the bites into the freezer for 5 - 10 minutes and enjoy! 7.
