Same thing happened with my Toyota, insurance denied the claim since there wasn’t an accident. Toyota also denied a claim. All I can tell you is if the manufacturer doesn’t want to fix it then you’ll have to file a lawsuit against them. That was my route after months of bs.

My 2024 Buick encore Gx st was brand new off the lot and drove me into the median wall on the expressway out of nowhere. Then the car reset itself at the dealership and the diagnostic test said nothing was wrong with it even though it had to be towed there and clearly wasn’t drivable. Will never buy another Buick or GM product as long as I live
