my dream stone for my future wife's ring is an iolite, I want it to be a deep purple or maybe a wisteria, and 2 orange topaz on either side. iolite is also my favorite mineral

How does this stone compare to the Tanzanite? Tanzinite has been one of my favorite gemstones. Funnily, it's the color of the iolite in the tanzinite, that I love so much. Not the deepest dark higher quality of the stone, but the periwinkle color is my fave.
