i’m on the evra patch birth-control and it grew mine a cup size, i’ve had no other side affects from it unlike with other birth controls! also trying to eat more protein/some carbs will definitely help just make sure to do a bit of cardio (just going on walks is fine)

Sticky bras!!! Can’t say it enough, it’s works wonders and gives you that lift. I’m pretty sure you can find them at a lot of shops. Walmart maybe? I’m not sure cus I live in Europe but definitely a good fast solution!!❤️❤️❤️
