If eBay is giving you all your money back, they probably also refunded the buyer as well. So if you give the money to the buyer, you’re essentially paying the buyer, which makes absolutely no sense. If the authentication was failed in the buyer never got their item then they should have received a refund already.

i work for a big online retake and can tell you it was 100% the social media push. all companies have a social media monitoring team specifically to prevent them for going viral for doing something underhanded.
