pasteurizing poo based substrate is difficult, very difficult to pull off effectively, not that you can't. but if you want to use worm castings or poo vs. CVG, I recommend you try sterilizing it vs. pasteurizing it. just get it to Field capacity, add some vermiculite and coco coir if you can, maybe some gypsum, bag it up and sterilize it at 15psi for 70 minutes or so
