@digestwithdan: This is the best damn KBBQ in Sydney. Hands down. 📍𝗞𝗼𝗴𝗶 🔥🥩 Kogi (Chatswood) is the best Korean BBQ spot in Sydney wits premium range of beef and their spectacular dishes. We visited the spot in Chatswood in the newly developed Chatswood Chase and had what can only be described as one of our best meals. On the table: Suwon Beef Ribs Wagyu Oyster Blade Spicy Pork Bone Soup Seafood Pancake Hwayo Highball That's it. We've found it. The best KBBQ spot in Sydney and it'll have slouching back and patting your stomach contemplating on what a magnificent feed you just had. Starting off with their premium selection of meat. Their highlight is the Suwon Beef Ribs. Sliced fresh to order, they're the only spot offering this type of cut. Marinated in that signature galbi sauce, it tasted phenomenal once grilled with those signature charred bits. Another set of beef we got was the wagyu oyster blade and jeez louise. The tender, buttery taste of this cut was out of this world. Have it by itself or put it together in a wrap, you cannot go wrong. The next best highlight is their famous Spicy Pork Bone Soup. This was epicly tasty. The broth is fatty and has wonderful layers of spice. Filled with chunky soft bits of pork bone, it is the ultimate comfort dish with rice. The seafood pancake is also brilliant - crispy and one to get if you love pancake. No KBBQ meal is complete without drinks and one to try is the their premium soju Hwayo Yuzu Highball.
