it's all a little bit dealership fault and definitely cops fault for the aggressive behavior just because it's registered as stolen. simple traffic stop . reason why he was stopped should have been first thing mentioned. registration check along with ID and phone call would have solved the error. why say damage from previous stop. it was the only stop
