@billycoachcoff: WHY I DIDNT WANT MANI THINKING SHE WAS SLACKING OFF. “what you can’t see when u look in the mirror is hiding for a reason, cos it’s ur secret power” Mani was worried she had no strength and her hamstrings felt funny during Sundays workout (in her rack pull) I explained to her how when you play, your body relys on all the muscles it can’t see in the mirror to power her forward. And that it’s important to be careful in your training when it’s a day after a game. For all our junior academy kids, we harp on this. Super impressed with how this super star is evolving at the facility! And even better SHE JUST MADE THE REP TEAM!!!
