@torvas: 3 runs a week is all you need to get started. If you're looking to build a "dream" physique incorporate strength training!!! Add 5 mins to each run when it starts feeling easier. (About every 2-3 weeks) Don't stress about heart rate, most watches are inaccurate anyway. Go based on effort.
