MAKING BIOLOGYThis year we’re making our own biology. This is a simple brew — worm casts and Johnson-Su compost, mixed and extracted into water — going down the back of the drill and through the sprayer. In very simple terms… we’re aiming to put life back into the soil, not just feed the crop. Because most fertilisers do one job — they deliver nutrients directly to the plant. Useful, yes. But they don’t build the living system underneath. This is different. 👉 It’s not feeding the plant directly — it’s feeding the soil biology 👉 That biology helps cycle nutrients, improve structure, and support healthier growth over time 👉 It’s gentle — no salts, no burn, just living microbes (if you handle it right) 👉 And it works just as well in a garden or on houseplants — healthy soil = healthier plants We know it can work and we’re rolling it out on farm this year. We’re reducing our fertliser use year on year and now we are making something simple, farm-made, and genuinely useful… Watch this space.
