reminder that gta 3 was developed for ps2 in mind. xbox/pc ver came out 2 years later and has better looking textures and reflections though lacks the same trails effect ps2 had that made up the atmosphere color grading. same can be said for VC/SA

This game was built for PS2 hardware, and yes PC & XB have better antialiasing. it also means you lose most of the original art style.
