Hello! I was also diagnosed with Alopecia last year, to be honest wala talaga akong gamot for my patches, but what I did is kumain ng vegetables and fruits, wag magpuyat, exercise, and lastly po ay wag po tayo masyado magpaka stress. GET WELL SOON PO! Praying for your FAST RECOVERY!!!🤍🙌

Get well soon babe!!!! Nagkaalopecia din ako and Thank God okay na ngayon mahaba na yung tubo nung buhok ko ulit.🥺🤍 Don’t stress yourself too much! Kasi ikaw lang ang magsusuffer ng sobra. One thing I really learn from my alopecia experience is to prioritize and cherish yourself more than anything.🥺🫶🏻
