Sure, it's grilling season... but we're not saying no to comfort food. 🍗🥔🔥 This chicken, leek, and potato dish is hearty, flavorful, and topped off with a little Lemon Pepper for the perfect finishing touch. Recipe: Ingredients Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning 2 chicken breasts 2 tbsp olive oil, divided 1 leek, washed and sliced 1 cup mushrooms, chopped ½ yellow onion, chopped 1 cup heavy cream or half & half juice of 1/4 lemon 1 tbsp butter 16 oz bag of small potatoes 1 tbsp olive oil ⅓ cup feta cheese crumbles 1/2 cup chopped parsley Preparation Instructions First, those potatoes! Toss ‘em in olive oil and plenty of Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper, then spread ‘em out and roast at 400°F for 20–25 minutes. Give ‘em a shake halfway through so they get crispy all around. When they come out, toss ‘em with fresh feta and parsley. While those are cooking, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook your chicken with a solid sprinkle of Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper. Get it nice and golden on the outside and cooked through—juicy and full of flavor. Set it aside and keep it warm. Now grab a new skillet and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Toss in your leeks and onion with a sprinkle of Lemon Pepper and cook ‘em down until soft. Add in the mushrooms and cook until they’re nice and tender. Pour in the cream, add about a teaspoon more of Dan-O’s Lemon Pepper, squeeze in that fresh lemon juice, and give it a good stir. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes so it thickens up. Want it a little thinner? Splash in some white cooking wine or milk. Add your chicken back into the pan, spoon that creamy sauce all over it, and let it cook together for a few more minutes so everything soaks up that flavor. Slice up the chicken, serve it with extra sauce spooned over the top, and plate it alongside those lemon pepper feta potatoes. Yum Yum Get Ya Sum!®

Microwave for 5 minutes at 600W. 3. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces. Put them in a heat-proof bowl. Cover the bowl with food wrap. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. 4. Mash the potatoes (2). Add milk, honey, and the apples (3) into the bowl. Mix well. 5. Wet the rice paper. Put some of (4) and the cheese stick (cut into halves) on the paper and roll it. 6. Place (5) on an oiled pan. Cook on medium heat until golden on both sides. 7. Enjoy!
